I already have a domain, can I use my domain with Arcadina?
Yes, of course. We will help you set up your domain with your current provider so that it works with our web service. And if you prefer to transfer your domain to our servers and let us take care of its management and renewal, you can also do it.
I don't have a domain, can you create me a new one?
Yes, and if you sign up for the annual Web plan you get the domain for free (included in the price) for the first year. For the monthly Web plan, we can register a domain for your website (ask us for rates). You have at your disposal generic domains (.com, .net, .org, ...), special domains (.photo, .wedding, .art, .pro, .fashion ,...) and geographic domains (.es, .it, .mx, .com.ar, .fr, .co,... ). Some of them have an extra cost. Choose the one that best suits the personality of your business.
Do you provide email accounts?
Yes, email accounts are an extra service that you can subscribe if you have a domain registered with Arcadina. In Arcadina we offer you packs of email accounts with the domain of your website. Ask us for prices.
Can I unsubscribe whenever I want?
Yes, our service does not include any commitment of permanence. You can change your plan or unsubscribe whenever you want.
Do I need to hire external hosting?
